Easy Acorn Squash
I was trying to find a new way to cook acorn squash. I found a recipe but tweeked it.
Take an acorn squash, cut it in half, remove seeds, and place in a baking dish upside down with a little water. Bake at 350F, covered, until tender. Let cool a little and scoop meat out of shell. Add a small amount of butter, curry poweder, sea salt, and a dash of pepper. Mix. Yummy!
